GrowthOS FAQ: How It Works, Pricing & What to Expect.

What GrowthOS is, how pricing works, which SaaS growth KPIs it owns, and what to expect in your first 30 days. Straight answers, no slide-deck fluff.

Product

About GrowthOS and the SaaS growth loop.

What it ships, who it is for, and how approvals keep category positioning and brand claims safe.

No. GrowthOS is an AI growth operator with a human trust layer. Agencies sell human time. GrowthOS owns a repeatable SaaS organic growth loop: GTM context, playbook, execution, measurement, and learning.

No. Tools require someone to operate them. GrowthOS prioritizes, drafts, routes approval, ships, logs, measures, and learns. Your team approves the calls that matter. It does the work in between.

No. GrowthOS owns measured progress toward an agreed SaaS marketing KPI. Closed-won revenue depends on product, pricing, sales motion, buyer timing, and attribution quality.

Access to your website, CMS, analytics and search data where available, brand assets, CRM context, customer proof, competitor list, and a GTM owner for approvals. The GTM workshop is where the playbook starts.

Initially, customer-facing work goes through approval. Over time, low-risk actions can become more autonomous as approval rules become clear and trusted.

Usually: pricing or demo-page refreshes, a comparison page, AI search visibility fixes, proof updates, FAQ/schema improvements, or conversion fixes. The first useful artifact lands inside two weeks.

Best for: lean B2B SaaS teams with a clear ICP, a known GTM motion, and urgent growth pressure. Not for: teams expecting guaranteed revenue in 30 days, companies without tracking, or teams that want a bespoke agency relationship.
Pricing

Plans, contracts, and what you keep.

Month-to-month terms, scope fit, and what happens if you cancel or need to change channels.

Month-to-month. Cancel any month with 14 days' notice. No retainer, no auto-renewing annual lock-in. Annual option available on Scale for a discount.

You keep everything. Every page, every draft, every playbook revision, every CRM workflow. The playbook is a Notion doc you own. The pages live on your CMS. We do not hold work hostage.

Your scope. Number of channels (SEO, GEO, founder-led SaaS content, conversion experiments), artifact volume, integrations (CRM, CMS, analytics), and whether you need a dedicated strategist. Talk to us for 15 minutes and you will have an exact number on the same call.

No. The Day 0-3 onboarding, including audit, KPI baseline, GTM workshop, and approval rules, is included in your first month.

Honest answer: marketing KPIs rarely move meaningfully in 30 days. By day 30 you will see assets shipped, baseline locked, and early signal such as ranking movement, inbound intent, or conversion fixes live. Real movement compounds across months 2 and 3. If progress is not clear by the end of month 2, we will have a frank call about whether to continue.

GrowthOS drafts, ships, and reports. A human strategist reviews customer-facing claims, sensitive competitor language, and category positioning shifts. Your team approves the calls that matter. Humans are in the loop on anything that touches your brand.

It doesn't. Customer-facing work goes through approval first. Brand voice lives in your playbook and applies to every draft. The first month is high-approval by default. Trust expands as approval rules become clear.

Your monthly price covers the GrowthOS engagement, integrations, and strategist review. The only thing not included: third-party tool costs (your CMS, analytics, ad spend if you run paid).
Getting started

Your first 30 days with GrowthOS.

Onboarding, integrations, and what progress looks like early on.

Days 0-3: audit, KPI baseline, and GTM workshop. By the end of week one you have a prioritized SaaS growth backlog and approval rules. The first useful artifact usually ships within two weeks.

Your website/CMS, analytics and search data where available (GA4, GSC), brand assets, and a GTM owner for approvals. CRM access helps for lifecycle and attribution work but is not required on day one.

No. Many customers have no dedicated marketer, or one overloaded growth lead. GrowthOS is the execution operator. If you have a marketer, GrowthOS takes the organic backlog so they can focus on strategy, launches, and partnerships.

Assets shipped (comparison pages, proof updates, AEO/GEO fixes), baseline locked, and early signal: rankings moving, demo intent improving, AI citations appearing, or conversion fixes live. Revenue impact compounds in months 2-3 when the loop has data to learn from.

Yes. GrowthOS works best with one primary growth KPI (pipeline, signups, activation, etc.) and one channel focus at a time. We expand scope once the loop is running and approvals are trusted.
