One task

Agents are becoming software's primary users. The unit that matters is not the visit. It is the completed task.

Analytics lost the job

An agent can discover a product in documentation, authenticate through a browser, call an API, install an SDK, retry a failed step, and delegate work elsewhere. Conventional analytics records disconnected traffic. The task itself disappears.

When the agent silently chooses another product, there is no abandoned cart, sales objection, or session replay that explains the decision.

Reconstruct what really happened

GrowthOS begins with production evidence. It connects product-owned events into a revisable journey graph that preserves parallel activity, retries, and delegation. Every connection carries evidence and confidence. Activity that cannot be supported remains ambiguous or unresolved.

This is the differentiation: the real journey creates the task set. It shows what agents attempted, where they were blocked, and what outcome the product actually exposed.

Test the tasks that matter

Controlled Evals take those real-world tasks and make alternatives comparable. Teams can test agents, models, documentation, interfaces, prompts, and treatments against the same success criterion without confusing an Eval result for production truth.

Production ATCR answers what real observed tasks completed. Eval pass rate answers what controlled runs passed. Evidence confidence answers how strongly the reconstruction is supported.

Close the loop

Observe the production journey. Discover the task and barrier. Evaluate a treatment. Ship the strongest change. Verify what real agents complete next. That closed loop is the operating system for an agent-first product.
